This page explains what information the website of S. Gotovski Ltd. collects, why, who receives it and what your rights are. It follows the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the regulations under it. If the Hebrew and English versions differ, the Hebrew version applies.

Who is responsible for the information

The controller is S. Gotovski Ltd., company no. 512635335, 67 HaMeyasdim St., Moshav Bnaya, Israel. For any privacy question: Office@gotovski.co.il or +972-8-622-9307.

What we collect, and when

  • Quote request form: name and phone, and if you choose, also email, project type, station or site name and a short description.
  • Quick call-back form: phone number only.
  • Phone, WhatsApp or email: whatever you tell us in the call or message.

The site has no sign-up, no user accounts and no payments. It uses no advertising tools and builds no profile of you.

Before you send your details

  • You are not legally required to give us your details. It is your choice, but without a phone number we cannot get back to you.
  • Purpose: to reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote, arrange a call or a site visit, and, if we work together, run the project.
  • Who receives it: the service providers listed below, and only for that purpose.
  • Your rights: to see the information and ask us to correct or delete it, as explained below.

Who receives the information

  • FormSubmit (formsubmit.co): the service that delivers the site's forms to the office mailbox. It is an outside service that may process the information on servers outside Israel.
  • The company's email provider, where messages sent to the office are kept.
  • WhatsApp: if you contact us on WhatsApp, the conversation runs on a Meta service, under its terms.

We do not sell information and do not pass it to anyone else, unless the law requires it.

Cookies and information stored in your browser

The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Only three things are kept in your browser's local storage, and they are never sent to us:

  • the accessibility preferences you chose in the accessibility menu;
  • whether you closed the announcement bar at the top of the page;
  • your choice in the "Privacy settings" window.

These are needed for the site to work the way you set it, so they do not require consent. You can delete them at any time in your browser settings.

Usage statistics: the site does not use statistics or tracking tools at the moment. If we add one, it will load only after you agree in a notice on the site, and we will update this page. You can change your choice at any time through the "Privacy settings" link at the bottom of every page.

Outside services, on click only

Fonts, code, images, the simulation and the 360° tour are all served from the site itself, with no requests to third-party servers. The following outside services open only if you click them, under their operators' terms:

  • Google map on the contact page: loads only after you click "Show the map". From that moment Google receives your IP address.
  • WhatsApp, Waze, Google Maps and Instagram: links that open those services.

Technical data

Like any website, the hosting server may log basic technical data, such as IP address, browser type, the page viewed and the time, to run and secure the site.

Security and retention

Forms are sent over an encrypted connection. We take reasonable measures to protect the information and limit access to the company staff who handle your inquiry. No system is completely immune.

An inquiry is kept for as long as it is needed to handle it, for the business relationship, or as required by law. An inquiry that did not lead to work will be deleted at your request.

Marketing messages

We will not send you advertising without your prior explicit consent, under section 30A of the Israeli Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 5742-1982. Accepting the privacy policy in a form is not consent to receive advertising.

Your rights

  • Access: you may see the information we keep about you.
  • Correction and deletion: if the information is not correct, complete, clear or up to date, you may ask us to correct or delete it.

If you believe your privacy has been harmed, you may also contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority at the Ministry of Justice: ppa@justice.gov.il.

Minors

The site is meant for business owners and professionals, not for minors.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the updated version will be posted on this page with its date.
