These terms apply to orders placed on this website with HG Fragrance ("HG", "we"). By placing an order you agree to them.
Products and prices
We describe our fragrances as accurately as we can. Campaign imagery is created with AI and is illustrative. Prices are shown in USD and are confirmed on the secure checkout page before you pay. Shipping and any taxes are calculated at checkout.
Orders and payment
Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout. Your order is accepted when payment succeeds and you see the order confirmation. If an item cannot be supplied, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Delivery
We currently ship to the countries offered at checkout. Delivery times are estimates; risk passes to you on delivery.
Returns
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
Use of the site
The site, the HG name and monogram, the films and the imagery belong to HG. Please do not reuse them without permission.
