This policy explains what HG Fragrance ("HG", "we") collects when you visit this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We collect as little as we can.

What we collect

Browsing. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical server logs (such as IP address, time and page requested) for security and reliability.

Your bag. The contents of your bag are stored only in your own browser (local storage) so they are still there when you return. They are not sent to us until you choose to check out.

Orders. Payment is handled by Stripe on its secure checkout page. Stripe receives your payment, billing and shipping details; we receive the order details needed to fulfil and support your order. We never see or store your full card number.

Why we use it

To provide the site and keep it secure, and to take and deliver orders. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Service providers that act on our behalf: our hosting provider and Stripe for payments. Each may process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax. Server logs for a short period.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
